It stops fungal growth and infection in skin and other places. It weakens fungal membrane. It works better than ketononazole, fluconazole, terbinafine & griseofulvin in terms of dosage duration and spectrum of fungal agents.Indicated for various medical conditions like dermatitis, yeast infection, valley fever, ringworm infection, Aspergillosis, Blastomycosis, Coccidioidomycosis, Cryptococcosis, Histoplasmosis, Pythiosis & Sporotrichosis.Usual dosage is 5-10mg/kg bodyweight for 15 days or more in several cycles.
